Do you offer cash on delivery?
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, we offer the option of cash on delivery for shipments within the Canary Islands.
To make the shipment, we require a 10% advance payment of the item's value via Bizum or bank transfer.
The remainder is paid to the courier upon receipt of the package.
This service has an additional cost of 4% on the outstanding amount, corresponding to the collection management by the transport company (MRW).

📦 Cash on Delivery in the Canary Islands
At El Trueque, we offer the option of cash on delivery, so you can shop online and pay when you receive your order with complete security.
This service is available for shipments between the Canary Islands and is carried out by the transport company MRW.
Service conditions:

To make cash on delivery shipments, we require a 10% advance payment of the item's value via Bizum or bank transfer.

At El Trueque, all our items come with a 1-year warranty, whether new or pre-owned. Furthermore, each product is inspected and tested before being sold.

🚚 Shipping Policy

At El Trueque, we work to ensure your orders arrive safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Below, we explain how we manage shipments from our store.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to all the Canary Islands.
For shipments to the Peninsula or other areas, please contact us in advance at eltrueque23@gmail.com to inquire about availability and rates.
2. Shipping Company
Shipments are made through RMW Canarias, a courier company with experience in regional transport.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to check the status of the shipment.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination within the islands.
During periods of high demand or circumstances beyond our control (holidays, weather conditions, etc.), these times may be slightly extended.
4. Shipping Costs

Free shipping for orders over €99.

For orders under €99, a fixed cost of €10 will be applied for transport and handling.
5. Order Delivery
The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the shipping company will leave a notice or contact them to arrange a new date.
6. Receipt and Inspection of Order
We recommend checking the package at the time of delivery.
If the packaging shows visible damage or signs of tampering, indicate it on the delivery note and notify El Trueque within a maximum of 24 hours.
This will allow us to process any incident with the shipping company.
7. Returns and Withdrawal
If you wish to return a product, please consult our [Right of Withdrawal and Returns] section within the Terms and Conditions.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of error or defect attributable to El Trueque.
